We’re Blue Beetle, a Dubai based digital agency, pushing the boundaries of User Experience, Web Design/Development, SEO and Digital Marketing, with a bias for the hospitality and leisure sector.
We are looking for a digital marketing guru. You should have at least 4+ years of agency experience and an unrelenting passion for digital marketing.
- Strategise, conceive of and implement digital marketing campaigns for Blue Beetle and its clients including planning, execution, management and reporting.
- Control the relevant digital channels including Websites/Landing Pages, SEO and AdWords, Display, Social Media, Email Marketing, Content/Inbound Marketing activities, etc.
- Liaise and service our clients directly and manage their accounts by understanding their needs and providing and implementing marketing strategies to help them to achieve their goals.
- Help our development team create bullet-proof digital solutions by providing on-page SEO support, content recommendations and conversion strategies.
- Translating visions for online marketing into coherent digital marketing strategies and managing them going forward.
- Tracking conversion rates and making changes to improve client websites performance.
- Analyse marketing plans and performance using KPI’s.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- Perform and evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Create reports and communicate back to clients on their campaign status, learnings and recommendations.
- Create proposals and pitches for prospects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Marketing.
- English as your first language and superb communication skills.
- Talented and proficient writer.
- Excellent hands-on experience and expertise in all areas of online marketing and advertising covering Content/Inbound Marketing, Social Media, SEO, Paid Media, Analytics, Programmatic, Display, Mobile Search, Social Search, Real-Time Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Marketing etc.
- Business savvy and always up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques with a creative mind able to develop strategies that meet specific business objectives.
- Deep understanding analytics and measuring ROI.
